Welcome to Boutique Hair Salon, where your well-being is our priority. As a holistic hair stylist, I provide a personalized and unhurried service, ensuring you indulge in a unique salon experience tailored to your needs. Please note that a $45 AUD deposit will be deducted from your first appointment's checkout, assuring a seamless beginning to your journey with us.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow sufficient notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment in order for us to contact clients on our waiting list to fill the appointment spot. Allow at least 72 hours notice to cancel or rescheduling your appointment with no charge. Cancelling or rescheduling between 72 and 48 hours prior to your appointment time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the service booked. Cancelling or rescheduling between 48 and 12 hours prior to your appointment time will incur a fee equivalent to 75% of the cost of the service booked. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 12 hours prior to your appointment time will be the 100% of the cost of the service booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the service booked.
